A fixed meeting with you: what is done, where the numbers stand, what you decide. Every decision is recorded the same day.

On site
I work with your people on putting it in place. If a role is missing, I take it on until it is filled.

Handover
I hand over what has been built so that your people can carry it on. Every process has a named owner.

I stay with a mandate for as long as it takes, so I only run a few at a time. A conversation shows whether it fits for both of us.
