Home Working with me
How I work
Every case is different. Working together still takes two forms. The first conversation shows which one fits.
-
On site
MandateI come into your company and work with your people until the solution stands and runs. It is measured against numbers we set together at the start.
To the on-site mandate -
Retainer
Long term, at your sideOne meeting a month at your place, prepared on your numbers. When the next decision is due, you call, and I already know your company.
To the retainer
Running
A company is built like an engine.
Location, range, prices, contracts, people. Every part meshes with the next. You know that better than I do.
Stalled
Change one and the rest moves with it.
That is why the problem rarely sits where it first shows. And the business keeps running while you look for it.
Apart
So I take the whole thing apart.
Numbers, contracts, processes and the conversations that go with them. At the end there is a solution you can put in place, and I put it in place with you.
From the first conversation to the start
- 01
Conversation
You describe the situation. I ask until I have understood it. About half an hour.
- 02
Proposal
You get in writing what I propose and what it costs.
- 03
Decision
You decide. What we agree is set down in writing before the work begins.
- 04
Home
I come to your business on a day we set together.
Price
The retainer has fixed prices. An on-site mandate is priced by what is at stake for you. You know the amount before the work begins.
What you need others for
Legal advice comes from your lawyer. Your accountant keeps the books, your auditors do the audit. Where they are needed, they sit at the table with us.
The first step is a conversation.
I stay with a mandate for as long as it takes, so I only run a few at a time. A conversation shows whether it fits for both of us.
